We are an award winning Hamilton mortgage brokerage that operates differently to provide you with excellent advice as well as a customized roadmap, leading you to a renewed way of financial living.

Our goal is to save you money and make you happy by lowering your financial stress. We work extensively with large lenders, provide equity and private lending should the client benefit from it. Additionally, we provide clients with unique proprietary lending should they require it. This is a Free Service offered to our new and existing clients. The Credit Ambassador is a role that all agents at Fair Mortgage Solutions utilize. The process is specialized for each client. No two plans are identical. The duration of the process is dictated by how much YOU want this to work. With this role we are dedicating ourselves to our clients for the long term. We want to find the solution that best fits your situation to resolve your credit issues. When you are not facing issues and are able to dream big, we will be here to support you in that adventure as well.

Meet Jessica our Credit Ambassador

Jessica is focused on getting you where you want to be long term. The aim for our entire teams is that Jessica will be your go-to contact when you have a question about credit. Opening up about credit and money can become a stressful conversation for anyone but having Jessica on the team makes that conversation easy.

Simple Mortgage

 

Typically a standard client is someone who has good credit and income that may wish to purchase with 5% or more down. You may be someone that wishes to; sell your home and buy another and need bridge financing; refinance to 80% of the property value; to consolidate debt payments; or to buy a second home; or paying for university or that luxury item you have been dreaming about.

Complex Mortgage

 

Clients that fall in to this category may be there for several different reasons.  For example, you may be self-employed and unable to prove income easily.  You may have cash flow issues due to a job loss; sickness; children’s education etc.  Clients that are looking to reduce their household debt may have complex hurdles to overcome such as: CRA or Property Tax arrears;  may be facing a power of sale situation or would like to refinance their existing property to 85 or 90% of the property value.

Specialized

 

There are many reasons a client may need a detailed personalized action plan. Typically we can fly out to meet you, provide you with valid scenarios that we have created to suit your personal needs. This may be a residential or a commercial deal, which will need substantial funding to complete, typically 1-2 million plus.
